- Nic Carson Added May 03, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Slow, understaffed, not enough social workers. Staff treat people badly, make people wait outside in the street, staff don’t wear masks, too many security guards, also not wearing masks. Staff refuse to provide wait time estimates. Staff can be racist to people trying to access services. Completely disrespectful, unprofessional & mean. Terrible even compared to other Centrelink offices. Perhaps the worst Centrelink office I’ve ever been to.
